Our partnerships
Chequers Contract Services
We have been working closely with Chequers Ltd, our current maintenance contractors, since 2006.
Renovo Facilities and Services
Along with Chequers Ltd, we created a new joint venture company called Renovo Facilities and Services Ltd.
Renovo provides facilities and maintenance services across all our senior living, care and support services and private care services.
Drawing from the wealth of experience of both organisations, Renovo provides a bespoke service consisting of general and specialist cleaning, grounds maintenance and building and electrical maintenance services.
Renovo has been in operation since April 2016 and services a diverse portfolio of 250 homes throughout the South East including general needs, leaseholder, hostel, sheltered and extra care properties.
Grants
Over the past years couple of years we have been lucky to receive two Awards for All grants.
- Music Rooms grant – We received this grant to provide music rooms for our customers in Senior Living Extra Care Homes who are living with onset of dementia, dementia or just want to enjoy music and break down their social isolation. The programme was a great success and enjoyed by customers, their family members who attended and our staff.
- Dance into Health grant – This project was set up to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. We received funding to deliver dance workshops in our Senior Living Extra Homes. We are taking one popular dance from each decade of the Queen’s reign and teach if to our customers. Apart from being a fun activity, this also helps our customers maintain a good posture and prevent falls.
