Lorenco House is a collection of brand new purpose-built homes located in the regenerated area of Tottenham. It has 44 one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom self-contained flats. The flats are lovely, spacious, modern homes, complemented by shared areas and facilities open to everyone.

Lorenco House have been part of a pilot with the CCG involving remote monitoring technology designed to support residents and empower staff. This work is helping improve clinical decision making, provide reassurance, and detect early signs of health deterioration among some of the most vulnerable in society, preventing harms like falls or emergency admissions to hospital. To be eligible to become a resident at Lorenco House you must be:

• aged 55 or over
• have a local connection
• able to live safely on your own with some support
• have an assessment with the Care Team at Lorenco House at a time that suits you.
